Good Game

Let me make one thing clear: I like this game and play it A LOT, especially with friends over. It also has a highly addictive franchise mode.

However, EA is known for releasing the same game every year with minimal changes. EA recently extended it's exclusive contract with the NFL until 2013. That's right, no other companies can make good games. Many are speaking out on this injustice, including Take-Two, who is possibly going to be acquired by EA (but the deal may have fallen through). So just get your controller and bend over, because we're stuck with the same game until 2013, and there's nothing we can do about it.
